Ecosystem Light
The narrative foundation, done for you.
For coalitions that need the communications layer but aren't ready for the full strategic engagement. If your biggest immediate challenge is that nobody outside your ecosystem understands what you do or why it matters, this is where to start.
We spend 90 minutes together working through your coalition's story: who you are, what you're trying to accomplish, and why the people writing the checks should care.
Within two weeks, you will receive your Narrative Foundation: a funder-facing narrative paragraph and a public-facing narrative paragraph, each with my strategic rationale for every choice. These become the language layer across everything your coalition produces, from grant applications to event invitations to your website.

Ecosystem Light is a standalone engagement. It is not a pathway toward the full Ecosystem Intensive, and the fee does not credit toward it. It is designed for coalitions with a specific, immediate need for sharper communications, not for coalitions beginning a longer strategic process.
Ecosystem Intensive
Your 12-month coalition strategy and narrative, built for you in two focused days.
For coalitions that have done the diagnostic work and are ready to move. The Ecosystem Intensive takes everything surfaced in your Roadmap Session and turns it into a finished, implementation-ready package your coalition can put to work immediately.
Day 1 is a structured working session with your coalition. We go deep on your shared priorities, your collaboration blockers, and the outcomes you're committed to in the next 12 months. Day 2 is my production time. I take everything from that session and build the deliverables.
You leave with finished work instead of a framework and a to-do list.

- Pre-intensive intake for all coalition participants
- Day 1: structured 6-hour working session with your coalition (virtually)
- 12-month coalition roadmap: shared priorities, ownership, and a sequenced quarterly plan
- Convening sequence: three to four convenings across the year with defined objectives, formats, and a framing narrative for each
- Narrative Foundation Document: funder-facing and public-facing narrative paragraphs with strategic rationale
- Follow-up call to walk through deliverables and answer questions

The Ecosystem Roadmap Session fee ($950) is already credited toward this investment.
Pay in full or in two payments of $4,000 at the start of Day 1 and prior to the delivery of the final documents.
Ecosystem Intensive: In-Person
The full Ecosystem Intensive, with Day 1 delivered on-site with your coalition.
For coalitions where being in the same room changes what's possible. Some of the most important work in a coalition happens in the margins of a structured session: the sidebar conversation between two directors who've never actually sat down together, the moment when someone says out loud the thing they've been thinking for two years. The in-person version of the Ecosystem Intensive is designed to make space for that.
Day 1 is delivered on-site with your full coalition. Everything else is identical to the remote version: the same structured working session, the same deliverables, the same two-week production timeline. The difference is the quality of what becomes possible in the room.

Investment: $9,500 plus travel and accommodation covered by the client.

I only offer four to six in-person Ecosystem Intensive engagements per year. Availability is limited by design: each one requires full preparation, on-site presence, and dedicated production time in the days that follow.
